If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue you with a credit voucher (excluding an original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred. This does not apply to earrings, for hygienic reasons.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a 'special' or 'registered' delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning, and guarantees delivery back to us within 14 working days, as returning the item back to us is your responsibility.The item MUST be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Thank you.
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us upon receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If a fault appears after 14 days from receipt of the item please also contact us and we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue.
